Total Voting Rights

In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company confirms that, as at the close of business on 31 December 2025, its issued share capital consisted of 515,000,000 Ordinary Shares of no par value.

There are no shares held in Treasury.

Accordingly, the total number of shares with voting rights in Picton Property Income Limited as at 31 December 2025 is 515,000,000.

This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify the Company and the FCA of their interest in, or change to their interest in, Picton Property Income Limited under the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
