Victoria completes debt refinancing, trades in line

(Sharecast News) - Flooring manufacturer Victoria said on Friday that it has completed the refinancing of its 2026 senior debt maturities on "attractive" terms as trading conditions continued to be in line with those highlighted at the time of its FY25 results announcement in July.

(Sharecast News) - Victoria announced the successful refinancing of its near-term debt maturities on Wednesday, replacing them with €612m of 9.875% senior secured notes due July 2029 and a new £130m super senior credit facility maturing in January 2030.

Victoria exchange offer for 2026 notes closes with strong support

(Sharecast News) - Victoria said in an update on Thursday that its consent solicitation and exchange offer for its 2026 notes had closed with overwhelming support, paving the way for the company to refinance its debt and extend maturities.
