LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Vitec Group revealed on Friday that chief executive Stephen bird had purchased 15,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed image capture and content creation firm.
Bird, who was appointed to Vitec's board back in 2009, acquired the shares at an average price of 853.41p each, for a total value of ?128,010.86.

As of 1640 GMT, Vitec shares were down 1.31% at 904p.
