LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Domino's Pizza Group revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Lynn Fordham had acquired 60,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed fast-food chain.
Fordham, who was appointed to the Domino's board earlier in the month, bought the shares in two separate transactions throughout the week - snapping up 10,000 shares at a price of 343.99p each on Tuesday before purchasing a further 50,000 shares on Wednesday at an average cost of 346.03p each.

In total, Fordham spent £217,414 on Domino's shares across the two transactions.

Domino's, the UK's largest pizza delivery chain, saw demand jump during lockdown, with delivery orders up 12% in the first six months of the year. However, interim profits were hit after it halted collection, invested in contactless delivery and rationalised its menu to make cooking safer.

As of 1630 BST, Domino's shares were up 0.29% at 345.40p.
