(Sharecast News) - Vela Technologies, an AIM-listed company focussed on early-stage and pre-IPO disruptive technology investments, reported a significant decrease in its asset value for the quarter ended 30 June on Friday.

(Sharecast News) - Vela Technologies, an investing company focussed on early-stage and pre-IPO disruptive technology investments, announced on Wednesday that it has entered into an unsecured convertible loan note instrument with Hamak Gold, a Liberia-based gold exploration and development company listed in London.

(Sharecast News) - Early-stage technology investor Vela Technologies said in an update on Friday that its total assets, including cash, decreased by £0.64m or 9% during the December quarter, amounting to £6.18m.
