LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Gamma Communications said on Wednesday that chief financial officer Bill Castell will be leaving the company in 2026.
Castell will stay on as CFO and as an executive director until 31 March 2026, after which he will take up another executive role at a private equity backed business.
Gamma - which provides technology-based communication services across Europe - said the process to recruit a new CFO is underway and a further announcement will be made in due course.
Chief executive Andrew Belshaw said: "I've enjoyed working with Bill over the past four years. On behalf of the board and everyone at Gamma, I'd like to wish him all the best for the future."
At 1020 GMT, the shares were down 5.3% at 933.13p.
