LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - 3M said on Wednesday that president and chief financial officer Monish Patolawala has resigned with effect from 31 July to pursue another opportunity.
Patolawala will stay on through July 31 to ensure an orderly transition, the company said.
Chief executive William Brown said: "On behalf of all 3Mers, I thank Monish for his leadership and contributions to 3M over the past four years. We wish him continued success in his future endeavours."
3M has begun a CFO succession process and will provide updates as appropriate, it said.
