LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Advertising agency company Mission Marketing has acquired data science and digital analytics consultancy Mezzo Labs for an undisclosed sum.
Mission said on Tuesday that the acquisition signified a "further step" towards achieving its strategic and operational goals and would enhance its service offering and expand its capabilities within the data science and digital analytics space.
The Aim-listed group also stated Mezzo Labs was "a leading provider" of "innovative data services", delivering data strategy and architecture, web analytics, CX analytics, marketing automation, insights generation, data science, conversion rate optimisation and personalisation.
Chief executive James Clifton said: "Despite a challenging macro-economic backdrop, Mission continues to commit to further developing our capabilities and client servicing offering through investing in ambitious brands like Mezzo Labs.
As of 0950 GMT, Mission shares were down 0.65% at 53.15p.
