HICL Infrastructure disposes of seven UK PPP assets

(Sharecast News) - Infrastructure investor HICL Infrastructure said on Monday that it had agreed to dispose of a portfolio of seven UK public private partnership assets to Dutch pension services provider APG, for a total consideration of roughly £225m.

(Sharecast News) - HICL Infrastructure reported a 50% increase in profit before tax to £46m for the year ended 31 March, it announced on Wednesday, driven by solid portfolio performance and successful asset disposals, despite a decline in net asset value.
