LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Victoria revealed on Friday that chief executive Philippe Hamers had acquired 55,125 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed flooring products business.
Hamers, who announced back in October that he would retire after nearly nine years in the role, purchased the shares on Thursday at an average price of 39.53p each, for a total value of £21,790.91.

Following the transaction, Hamers holds a beneficial interest in 602,292 ordinary Victoria shares, representing 0.52% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1425 GMT, Victoria shares were up 0.55% at 40.88p.
