LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Tritax Big Box REIT said it has signed an agreement for lease with an unnamed data management company for its recently completed logistics facility at Symmetry Park, Rugby.
The 15-year lease has open market rent reviews every five years, with expected yield-on-cost towards the upper end of the company's 6-8% guidance.
