LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Julian Pancholi, a non-executive director of technology-enabled lifestyle and travel platform Ten Lifestyle Group, acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed firm on Wednesday.
Pancholi, who served as a non-executive director of Skyscanner until its sale to C TRIP for over £1.4bn in 2016, acquired the shares at an average cost of 99p for a total of £49,500.

As a result of the transaction, Pancholi's total interest in Ten was 316,664 ordinary shares, representing 0.39% of the total voting rights of the firm.

In its half-year report back in May, Ten said that it had seen record customer satisfaction levels following big contract wins with HSBC, Visa and OCBC.

Revenue jumped 5% to £18.2m, however, losses widened from the £300,000 posted at the end of its 2017 trading year to £3.8m.

As of 1500 BST, Ten shares had picked up 1.89% to 99.60p.
