LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Professor Hong Xun Yang, chief technical officer and chief operating officer of animal feed additive producer Walcom Group in China and a director, is to retire from the company.
Hong, who joined Walcom in 2007, will remain until 6 February when he will turn 60 years old, the official retirement age in China.

Paitoon Buddhinunta-opas, currently general manager of Walcom Thailand, will assume Hong's duties within Walcom, but will not be join the board and the company does not intend to appoint another director at the moment.

Shares in Walcom Group were down 11.11% to 1p at 1006 GMT.
