LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Caspian Sunrise updated the market with production numbers for July on Tuesday, reporting that total production from BNG was 39,034 barrels, up from 38,571 barrels in May.
The AIM-traded firm said that the daily average production was 1,259 barrels, down slightly from 1,286 barrels per day in the prior comparative month.
It said the average domestic sales price achieved was $20 per barrel for July, improving from May's average domestic sales price of $19 per barrel.
"As previously reported the decrease in production volumes was expected and is the result of postponing much needed remedial work on the MJF wells," the Caspian Sunrise board said in its statement.
"Now we have received the MJF licence upgrade we are in a better position to schedule the MJF well workovers to restore production to previous levels."
