LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Westminster Group said its manned security business had won a contract worth more than £750,000 with one of the UK's biggest housebuilders.
The three-year contract awarded to Westminster's Keyguard operation includes providing static and mobile guarding and security services at one of the unnamed builder's many UK sites, the company said.
Westminster said the contract showed the market for its security and safety services was recovering strongly from the impact of Covid-19.
"The company believes demand for these services represents a real opportunity for our group in 2021 and beyond," Westminster said.
Westminster shares rose 4.1% to 4.32p at 08:41 GMT.
