LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Specialist engineering company Pressure Technologies updated the market on the intended prosecution by the Health & Safety Executive on Monday, following a fatal accident at its subsidiary Chesterfield Special Cylinders in June 2015.
The AIM-traded firm said the trial was commencing on Monday at the Sheffield Crown Court.
"The group previously submitted a plea of not guilty on 6 March to a charge brought by the Health & Safety Executive, pursuant to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974," the board said in its statement.
"A further update will be provided following the conclusion of the trial and the verdict being delivered."
