LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Kibo Mining said it expects the consolidation of its and Lake Victoria Gold Ltd's respective Imweru and Imwelo gold projects will be delayed by a further two weeks.
The delay from 30 June had resulted from a minor unforeseen delay in completing compliance and legal work on the follow-on definitive agreement.
At 12:26 BST, shares in Tanzania-focused mineral exploration and development company Kibo are up 4.88% to 5.38p.
