LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Capital markets company WH Ireland named Simon Jackson as chief financial officer on Friday, subject to Financial Conduct Authority approval.
Jackson will join the company on 11 October and replace current CFO Philip Tansey, who will remain with WH Ireland until 31 December in order to facilitate a smooth transition of the finance function to Jackson.
Prior to his appointment at the AIM-listed group, Jackson was finance director of Saunderson House from January 2019 until March 2021, prior to its acquisition by Rathbone Brothers, and was previously group finance director of Brooks Macdonald Group from November 2000 to April 2018.
As of 1105 BST, WH Ireland shares were down 3.77% at 51.0p.
