LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Capital Limited said on Thursday that chairman Jamie Boyton had acquired 225,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed mining services company.

Boyton, who was appointed as a director at Capital back in January 2009, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 65.0p each, for a total value of £146,249.99.

Last week Capital said it had recently witnessed some of the most positive trading conditions in the firm's history, with demand for drilling services rising strongly from the fourth quarter of 2020 and into the first quarter of the current year.

As of 1635 GMT, Capital shares were down 1.63% at 63.45p.
