LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Oakley Capital Investments revealed on Thursday that non-executive director Laurence Blackall had acquired 100,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed asset manager.
Blackall, who was appointed to Oakley's board way back in 2008, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 270.00p each, for a total value of £270,000.

Following the transaction, Blackall was interested in 400,000 ordinary shares of the company, representing roughly 0.201% of its issued share capital.

As of 1630 GMT, Oakley shares were broadly flat at 271.92p each.
