LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Secure Property Developments & Investments was at the top of the list of director deals on Friday, after a company linked to its chief executive officer spent almost £0.11m on shares.
The AIM-traded firm said Badoli Investments bought 1,886,618 shares on Wednesday, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

Badoli paid 5.75p for each share, spending a total of £108,480.54 on the investment.

SPDI said its chief executive officer Lambros Anagnostopoulos has a majority interest in the Cyprus-domiciled Badoli Investments.

Following the acquisition, SPDI said Badoli would have a beneficial interest in 10,490,240 of its shares, representing 8.12% of its issued capital.

Anagnostopoulos held an additional 1,001,092 shares in his own name, representing 0.77% of SPDI.
