LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Paddy Power owner Flutter Entertainment has agreed to sell Oddschecker Global Media to private equity firm Bruin Capital in a deal that values the sports betting and gaming business at up to £155m.
Under the terms of the transaction, Flutter will receive £135m in cash on completion, with a further deferred contingent consideration of up to £20m.
The deal is expected to close in the third quarter of the year.
