LONDON (ShareCast) - Eden Research, an agrochemical and encapsulation development company, is all set to start trading on AIM on May 11th.

Zeus Capital Limited is acting as nominated adviser (nomad) and broker in relation to the admission to AIM and the market capitalisation of the company at admission is expected to be in the region of £20.54m.

Eden is an early stage revenue company with intellectual property and expertise in encapsulation, terpenes and environmentally friendly technologies to provide naturally occurring solutions to the global agrochemicals industry, the animal health industry, and consumer products.

The company is developing these technologies through research and a series of commercial production, marketing and distribution partnerships.

The ticker symbol for the company will be EDEN.
