LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Cluff Natural Resources revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Graham Swindells had acquired 600,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed exploration group.
Swindells, who joined the company as its CFO back in May 2013, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 80.0p, for a total value of ?480,000.

Back in March, he responded to share price volatility telling shareholders that, irrespective of market uncertainty related to commodity price weakness and the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, its operations and planned work programmes remained on track, with day-to-day operations said to be unaffected.

Cluff said it was in a position of "relative strength", adding that it had no direct exposure to oil prices, no debt and was well capitalised following a fundraising in June.

As of 1630 BST, Cluff shares were down 8.82% at 0.77p.
