LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Laundry technology developer Xeros announced the appointment of Alex Tristram as its director of finance and company secretary on Thursday.
The AIM-traded firm said Tristram had been working with Xeros since 2018, as group financial accounting manager.

Before joining Xeros, Tristram was the finance director and group accountant of the alternative energy division at Pressure Technologies.

He also held the position of company secretary at the same firm.

Tristram started his career at PwC, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013.

The position would not be a full board role at present, the company added.

"I am delighted to have the opportunity to promote Alex to this new role," said chief executive officer Neil Austin.

"He has made a significant contribution to Xeros over his time with the company and his leadership and financial acumen make this a very natural appointment."

At 1033 GMT, shares in Zeros Technology Group were down 2.08% at 4.7p.
