LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Data analytics outfit Rosslyn Data Technologies appointed Ash Mehta as its chief financial officer on Thursday.
Rosslyn Data said Mehta, who will join the AIM-listed firm's board on 23 April, had "substantial" CFO experience in growth companies, both public and private, and his appointment will bring "significant financial expertise" to the outfit.
Chief executive Roger Bullen said: "After a rigorous search process for the right candidate, I am thrilled to have secured Ash for the role of CFO. He brings a wealth of relevant experience to support Rosslyn's growth in the coming years."
Back in November, Rosslyn reported that first-half losses narrowed thanks to improved revenues and lower operating costs.
Rosslyn, which saw sales rise 11% to £3.5m, turned in an 81% narrowed LBITDA of £213,477, with the change principally being driven by a 14% reduction in operating costs.
As of 1130 BST, Rosslyn Data Technologies shares had slipped 2.78% to 7p.
