LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Intercede Group non-executive director Tina Whitley's husband, Colin Aldridge, acquired 20,718 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed cybersecurity software firm.
Aldridge purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 96.50p each, for a total value of £20,034.

Following the transaction, Aldridge has a shareholding of 40,135 ordinary Intercede shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the company's total voting rights.

As of 1610 GMT, Intercede shares were down 0.2% at 99.98p.
