LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Software company Oxford Metrics announced on Friday that non-executive director Jonathon Reeve had informed the board of his wish to retire from the company.
The AIM-traded firm said Reeve would be standing down from his role, and his position as chair of the remuneration committee, before the 2020 annual general meeting, which was expected to be held next February.
Its board said it intended to initiate a search for a new non-executive director, who would also be chair of the remuneration committee.
"On behalf of the coard and our shareholders, I would like to thank Jonathon for his long service during which period the company has made significant progress," said chairman Roger Parry.
"It has been a great pleasure to work alongside him."
