LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Bluejay Mining revealed on Monday that chief executive Roderick McIllree had disposed of 20.0m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed exploration and development firm.
McIllree, who took over as CEO back in 2015, sold the shares on Thursday at an average price of 14.50p each, for a total value of £2.89m.

Following the sale, McIllree's shareholding in the company will be 74.67m ordinary shares, representing 7.69% of Bluejay's issued share capital.

In late December, Bluejay signed a master distribution agreement with an unnamed Asian conglomerate with global interests in metals and mining for the sale of up to 340,000 tonnes per annum of ilmenite from its flagship Dundas Project in Greenland.

As of 1630 GMT, Bluejay shares were up 1.43% at 12.45p.
