LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Tanzania-focussed exploration and development company Katoro Gold updated the market on its Haneti Nickel Project on Wednesday, reporting that its review and analysis of all historic work undertaken on the area was now complete.
The AIM-traded firm said it had Identified several "high priority" exploration targets, with a new work programme prepared and now underway.
A soil sampling programme had also been completed, and was ready to be submitted for laboratory analysis.
Of the high priority exploration that had been identified, Katoro said its initial focus would be the Mihanza Hill target.
"Having only completed the acquisition of HNP last November, we are delighted with the rapid progress that has already been achieved," said executive chairman Louis Coetzee.
"With several high priority exploration targets now identified, we are focused on advancing a new work programme at the project to establish evidence of disseminated sulphide mineralisation.
"Accordingly, we look forward to updating the market on the upcoming developments."
