LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Food manufacturing and trading company Anglo African Agriculture announced on Thursday that Rob Scott, an existing non-executive director, has taken on the role of executive director with immediate effect.
The firm said Scott would be taking on the responsibility for driving growth and seeking acquisitions.
Its board said Scott is a Chartered Accountant, and had been involved in a number of private and listed companies operating across Africa.
"I am delighted that Rob has agreed to take on an Executive role at Anglo African Agriculture," said the company's chairman, David Lenigas.
"His knowledge and experience of will be of great benefit to the company as we seek to develop and grow."
