LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Fertiliser development company Harvest Minerals announced the appointment of David Edghill to its senior management as chief financial officer on Monday.
The AIM-traded firm said Edghill, who had held a number of senior financial roles over the past 15 years - including with Grant Thornton and EY - was joining from Bulk Logistics Group.
There, he held the position of finance director.
Edghill is a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, Harvest's board confirmed.
It said his appointment was effective "immediately", and he would be based in the company's UK office.
"We would like to welcome David to the team and look forward to working with him as we continue to build production and sales of KPfértil, our organic MAPA-certified remineraliser," said Harvest executive chairman Brian McMaster.
