LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Unilever financial controller Lysanne Gray has joined the board of animal genetics company Genus.
Confirming the move on Friday, Genus said Gray's appointment to the board as a non-executive director takes effect from 1 April.
Prior to her current role at Uniliver, Gray was chief auditor working closely with the company's audit committee and before that chief financial officer of its global food service business.
A chartered accountant with a chemistry degree from Southampton University, Gray has considerable acquisition and disposal experience.
At 1615 GMT, shares in Genus were up 2.40% or 35p to 1494.00p.
