LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - IT services and cloud hosting provider SysGroup revealed on Thursday that chief financial officer Martin Audcent had acquired 59,808 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed firm.
Audcent, who joined the Liverpool-based firm last year, purchased the shares at an average price of 41.80p each, for a total value of £24,999.74.

Earlier in the week, SysGroup acquired B2B managed services outfit Hub Network Services for £1.45m on a cash-free/debt-free basis.

SysGroup financed the acquisition from its existing cash resources and said at the time that it expected the transaction to be immediately earnings enhancing.

As of 1620 BST, SysGroup shares had climbed 1.22% to 41.50p.
