(Sharecast News) - Jubilee Metals announced on Thursday that it has received a conditional binding offer worth up to $90m for its chrome and platinum group metals (PGM) operations in South Africa, as it looked to pivot fully toward its copper assets in Zambia.

(Sharecast News) - Jubilee Metals increased its full-year production guidance for both chrome concentrate and platinum group metals (PGMs) on Wednesday, following a strong operational performance in South Africa during the third quarter ended 31 March.

Jubilee secures exclusivity to Large Waste Project at reduced price

(Sharecast News) - Jubilee Metals announced on Thursday that it has secured exclusive rights to the Large Waste Project in Zambia for a reduced consideration of $18m, down from the previously-agreed $30m, and now had until mid-May to decide whether to proceed with the acquisition.
