LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Time Out Group revealed on Friday that chairman Peter Dubens had acquired 2.29m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed media business.
Dubens, who joined the group in November 2010, purchased the shares at an average price of 35.0p each, for a total value of £803,151.99.

In late May, Time Out said it plans to raise up to £45m in a placing to strengthen its balance sheet in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

The company also announced it was looking to raise £4m in an open offer. In both cases, the shares will be issued at 35p each.

As of 1645 BST, Time Out shares were down 6.02% at 39p.
