LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - The Conygar Investment Company announced on Friday that Ynys Mon County Council's planning and rights of way committee had endorsed the findings of Jeremy Pike, the inspector in charge of the Newry Beach Village Green inquiry, at Holyhead.
As a result, the AIM-traded firm said the application submitted by the Waterfront Action Group to prevent development on the Village Green had been rejected.
It said a three month judicial review period would follow the formal decision.
"We are pleased with the outcome of the inspector's report and the subsequent decision taken by Ynys Mon County Council," said chief executive Robert Ware.
