Appendix 3Y, Issue of Equity, Appendix 2A & PDMR Notification
Aura Energy Limited (ASX:AEE, AIM: AURA) ("Aura", the "Company") a Company focused on the development of the 85% owned Tiris Uranium Project in Mauritania and the 100% owned Häggån Polymetallic Project in Sweden advises that following shareholder approval at the Company's Annual General Meeting, which was held on 26 November 2025, Appendix 3Y Notices (change of Director's Interest Notice) have been filed with the Australian Securities Exchange ("ASX") for four of the Company's Directors.
As set out in the Company's Notice of Annual General Meeting, a total of 1,146,414 ordinary shares of no par value each will now be issued to the four Directors at a price of A$0.154 per share as compensation for 2025 (the "FY25 Shares"). Please see the PDMR Notification below for more detailed information.
Issue of Equity
Application will be made for 1,146,414 FY25 Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission"). It is expected that Admission will become effective on or around 31 December 2025.
