LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Audioboom revealed on Tuesday that chairman Michael Tobin had acquired 5,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed podcast group.
Tobin, who joined the board of Audioboom in August 2018, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 223.0p each, for a total value of £11,500.

Following the transaction, Tobin holds a beneficial interest in 835,000 ordinary Audioboom shares, representing approximately 5.1% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1620 BST, Audioboom shares were down 2.17% at 225.0p.
