LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Oxford BioDynamics revealed on Thursday that interim chairman Stephen Diggle had acquired 30,000 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed biotechnology firm via his interest in Vulpes Testudo Fund.
Diggle, who joined OBD as a non-executive director back in October 2016, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 67.50p each, for a total value of ?20,250.

As of 1630 BST, Oxford BioDynamics shares were down 3.08% at 63p.
