LONDON (ShareCast) - (ShareCast News) - Stranger Holdings announced on Monday that it has raised a further £0.11m through a placing of 11 million new ordinary shares of £0.001 each in the Company at a price of 1p per placing share.
The newly listed company said the proceeds of the placing will be added to the £847,700 raised prior to the admission of the company last week to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on London Stock Exchange's main market for listed securities.

Following the issue and allotment of the placing shares, the company's enlarged issued ordinary share capital will comprise 145.77 million ordinary shares.
