LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Upstream oil and gas exploration firm Serinus Energy revealed on Monday that chief financial officer Tracy Heck has tendered her resignation from the group.
Heck, who will remain with the AIM-listed group until 31 October in order to assist Serinus with its transition to a new chief financial officer, cited personal reasons for her departure.
Serinus has already begun the search for a new chief financial officer.
The group's board and senior management thanked Heck for her "tremendous contributions and leadership" to the company over the past seven years and wished her "every success in her future endeavours".
As of 0955 BST, Serinus shares were untraded at 9p.
