LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Remote site services group RA International revealed on Monday that chief financial officer Andrew Bolter had announced his intention to retire from the group.
RA International said Bolter will step down as a director and CFO with effect from 31 August and will commence the process of recruiting a successor.
Chief executive Soraya Narfeldt said: "On behalf of everyone at RA, I'd like to express our sincere appreciation for the significant contribution made by Andrew during his tenure as CFO.
"Since joining the company in 2011, his commitment, integrity and expertise has made him a much-valued colleague. We wish him the very best in the next chapter of his career."
As of 1000 GMT, RA International shares were up 2.07% at 14.80p.
