LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Helios Towers on Tuesday said Helios Investment Partners Fund II had sold its entire shareholding in the telecoms firm via a secondary placing.
The partners fund offloaded 41,293,383 shares, or 3.9% of the company, at 154p each. Helios Towers bought 10% as part of its share buyback programme for cancellation.
