LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Inspecs Group was among the top director deals disclosed on Thursday, after its chief financial officer and their spouse together bought 100,000 shares.
The eyewear designer and supplier said CFO Christopher Kay bought 25,000 shares on Wednesday, in a single transaction on the London Stock Exchange.

At the same time his wife, Catherine Kay, purchased 75,000 shares.

Both transactions were at a price of 47.25p per share, valuing Christopher Kay's transaction at £11,812.50, and Catherine's at £35,437.50.

Following the purchases, Inspecs said Christopher Kay and people connected to him had a beneficial interest in 2,178,730 of its shares, representing 2.1% of its issued capital.

At 1229 GMT, shares in Inspecs Group were down 0.13% at 46.94p.
