LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Consulting firm Elixirr International announced the appointment of chief financial officer and company secretary Nick Willott to its board of directors on Monday, effective immediately.
The AIM-traded company said the appointment followed the completion of requisite due diligence procedures.

Willott joined Elixirr in 2020, coinciding with the company's initial public offering on AIM, and had since served as group finance director and company secretary.

His prior experience included serving as finance director and executive board director of the financial services division of an unnamed FTSE 250 company, the board said.

A Chartered Accountant, Willott qualified at Deloitte, where he worked as a director in merger and acquisition advisory.

At 1400 GMT, shares in Elixirr International were up 0.29% at 700p.
