LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Caerus Mineral Resources revealed on Wednesday that chairman Michael Johnson had acquired 240,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed exploration and resource development firm.
Johnson, the former chairman of Glebe Mines, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 23.0p each, for a total value of 55,220.49.

Following the transaction, Johnson now holds 1.99m ordinary Caerus shares, representing 3.3 % of the total voting rights of the company.

As of 1620 BST, Caerus shares were up 10.11% at 24.50p.
