LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Literacy Capital revealed on Thursday that independent director Christopher Sellers had acquired 10,000 ordinary shares in the London-listed closed-end investment company.
Sellers, who joined Literacy Capital in February 2019, purchased the shares on Tuesday at an average price of 300.0p each, for a total value of £30,000.

As of 1625 BST, Literacy Capital shares were up 3.45% at 300.0p.
