LONDON (ShareCast) - (Sharecast News) - Revolution Beauty said it was aiming to produce annual accounts by the end of March as it continues to work closely with auditors BDO.


"The company will continue to work with its nominated adviser towards lifting the suspension of trading in its shares as soon as possible following the release of its FY22 accounts," the company said in a statement on Tuesday.

It added that it continued to work towards the publication of its unaudited interim financial statements for the six-months to August 31, 2022, which it intends to issue at the same time.

Shares in the company were suspended last year after it failed to complete its audit ahead of deadline. It comes after the beauty firm, which has 15,000 stores worldwide, said it expected to report a small adjusted core loss for the six months to August 31.

It warned of a hit to revenue as trading was stopped in its key growth markets of Russia and Ukraine.
