(Sharecast News) - Revolution Beauty has terminated its sale process and announced a proposed fundraising to raise £16.5m, as it brings back its co-founders to lead a "strategic reset" to turn the business around - which includes sweeping redundancies.

(Sharecast News) - Revolution Beauty said on Tuesday that it expects to report adjusted EBITDA of about £4.7m for the year ended 28 February, following a revision to the treatment of stock provisions agreed with its auditors.
